Being a first time mom is a lot.
You have concerns you never knew you'd have. Questions you didn't think to ask before the baby arrived. And then suddenly you're searching for products at midnight wondering which one is actually safe and which one just says it is.
That was me. And my daughter had two things going on at once... bad hair fall and very dry skin. I needed to figure out both.
What I Was Looking For and Why It Was So Hard to Find?
When I started searching for products for her I came across a lot of brands.
A lot of them said it was natural. But when I looked closer it felt like a mix of both chemicals and natural ingredients. Not fully one thing or the other. And on top of that most of them weren't budget friendly either.
So I kept looking. And that's when I came across Indimums.

I Ordered the Shampoo First
I started with the Indimums Natural Baby Shampoo because hair fall was the thing worrying me most.
She had been losing a lot of hair and I wasn't sure if it was normal or if something needed to change. I had tried being careful with how I washed her hair but nothing seemed to make a real difference.

The Thing That Surprised Me Most...Customer Support
This might sound like a small thing but for a first time mom it really isn't.
The Indimums customer support is very very good. Every time I had a question or a concern someone was there on time. That kind of responsiveness matters so much when you're a new parent trying to figure things out. You don't always need a perfect product. Sometimes you just need to know someone is there if something comes up.
Indimums has been that for me. The products and the people behind them.
What I Would Say to Other New Moms?
I know how overwhelming it is at the beginning. The searches the comparisons the ingredient lists the budget calculations. All of it at once while you're also just trying to keep a tiny human alive and happy.
My honest advice is just give it a try and then decide. That's what I did. I started with one shampoo... and now I'm using their shampoo hair oil body butter and floor cleaner with the detergent next on my list.
I didn't plan any of that. The products just kept earning their place.
