Cancellation & Refund Policy

We believe in helping our customers as far as possible, with issues with orders. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
• Refund or Replacement: In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. This should be reported within 2 Days days of receipt of the products.

• To start a return or replacement process, you can contact us at hello@theindimums.com. You may also connect via chat on our customer care number. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. You may be asked to share necessary images or videos to ascertain the damage or delivery of the wrong product.

The customer service team will create a replacement order or issue refund within 2-4 working days after ascertaining the issue.
