Every bath removes something. Not just dirt — but some of the natural oils that keep baby skin protected, soft, and balanced. That's not a flaw in bathing. It's just what cleansing does. The question is what happens next.

Most parents reach for a cream or lotion after bath. But most creams are mostly water — they feel soft immediately and dry out within hours. Parents who switched to oils found them absorbed too quickly to last. Neither fully solves what the bath created. This bundle is built around that gap. A body wash that cleans without stripping more than necessary. A butter that replenishes what was lost and seals it in long enough to matter. Two products. One routine. Each one completing what the other starts.

Dry Skin Back Within Hours?

Lightweight creams are mostly water — they feel soft but don't hold moisture long. Oils absorb too quickly to last. A few hours after either, the skin is dry again.

Baby skin in the first two years is still developing its natural barrier — making it more vulnerable to moisture loss after bathing, in dry environments, and on exposed areas like cheeks, elbows, and folds. What it needs is something dense enough to stay, nourishing enough to replenish, and simple enough that every ingredient is something you'd feel comfortable with.

But there's a second half to this. If the cleanser strips the skin's natural oils during washing, the butter starts on depleted ground every time. The routine only works completely when both products work in the same direction.

Why parents choose Us?

Representative of real parent observations.

"𝐖𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐫 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐧 𝐤𝐞𝐩𝐭 𝐝𝐫𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐛𝐲 𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐨𝐧. 𝐒𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐰𝐚𝐬𝐡 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐫𝐲𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤." The moisturiser was doing its job. The body wash was undoing it. When the cleanser strips the skin's natural oils, the butter has to compensate for the deficit before it can actually nourish. Switching both together removed the problem at both ends.

"𝐌𝐲 𝐛𝐚𝐛𝐲 𝐡𝐚𝐝 𝐝𝐫𝐲 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐬 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫. 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐭 𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐧'𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧." Seasonal dryness worsens when the skin barrier is already compromised. A non-stripping wash combined with a butter that seals moisture keeps the barrier intact through temperature and humidity changes.

"𝐈 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐡 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐝, 𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬. 𝐍𝐨 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐚𝐛𝐲 𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞. 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐠𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐦𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦." The body wash uses Cedarwood Essential Oil. The butter's mild scent comes from Orange Oil and the natural butters. No synthetic fragrance in either. Consistent across the full routine.

"𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐬 𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐚 𝐥𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬𝐧'𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐮𝐞. 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐬 — 𝐈 𝐝𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐦𝐢𝐝-𝐝𝐚𝐲." The butter base — Shea, Kokum, Mango Seed, Cupuacu — is designed for staying power, not immediate absorption. It nourishes at the skin surface long enough to make a difference through the day.

"𝐖𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐡 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐬𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐞. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦 𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐰𝐨 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐬." Each product works independently. Together, the body wash stops stripping what the butter is building — and the butter replenishes what even a gentle wash removes. The routine compounds.

𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟏 — 𝐁𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐖𝐚𝐬𝐡 (𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞)
Apply a small amount to wet skin. A coin-sized amount is sufficient for most babies — the formula is concentrated without foam boosters. Work gently across the body. Rinse thoroughly. Foam will be lower than most washes — this is intentional.

𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟐 — 𝐁𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 (𝐢𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐡)
Apply while skin is still slightly damp — within a few minutes of patting dry. This allows the butter to lock in the moisture already on the skin surface rather than just adding on top of dry skin. Warm a small pea-sized amount between palms for the face, a little more for the body.

𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐧. Daily use is safe for both products from birth. For newborns, bathing every other day is generally sufficient — the skin doesn't need daily washing in the early weeks.

𝐎𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐞. Both products are safe for facial use. The body wash is gentle enough for the face — avoid direct contact with eyes. The butter is specifically designed for face and body daily use.

𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐲 𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫. Slight texture variation is normal in a formula without synthetic stabilisers. Warm between palms before applying — it smooths immediately.

𝐆𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐢𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐮𝐬𝐞. Skin barrier development takes time. Daily use over several weeks is where the real difference shows — not just in immediate softness but in how the skin holds up through the day and across seasons.

𝐈𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐚𝐛𝐲 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐞𝐜𝐳𝐞𝐦𝐚 𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐠𝐧𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. Both formulas avoid the most common irritants — SLS, synthetic fragrance, parabens. Neither is a treatment product. Consult your paediatrician before use if your baby has a diagnosed condition.

Questions parents ask us

Q. Why should I use a body wash and body butter together for my baby?
A. Bath time cleans the skin but can also remove some natural oils. Following it with a nourishing butter helps replenish moisture and supports the skin’s natural barrier.

Q. Can baby skin become dry after bath time?
A. Yes. Frequent bathing or harsh cleansers can strip natural oils, which may lead to post-bath dryness, tightness, or mild irritation. Using a gentle cleanser and moisturising afterward helps maintain balance.

Q. What causes dryness or rough patches on a baby’s skin?
A. Dry patches can appear when the skin barrier is not well supported. This may happen due to harsh soaps, weather changes, or lack of proper moisturisation after bathing.

Q. How does this bundle support a baby’s skin barrier?
A. The body wash cleans gently without stripping natural oils, while the body butter replenishes moisture with nourishing oils and butters to help support the skin’s natural protective barrier.

Q. Is it necessary to moisturise a baby’s skin after every bath?
A. In most cases, yes. Bathing can remove some natural oils, so applying a moisturiser afterward helps restore hydration and maintain healthy skin balance.

Q. Is this body wash and butter suitable for sensitive baby skin?
A. Both products are designed to be gentle and made with familiar natural ingredients, avoiding unnecessary additives that can irritate delicate baby skin.

Q. Can this routine help reduce recurring dryness or irritation?
A. Consistent gentle cleansing followed by proper moisturising can help support the skin barrier and reduce repeated dryness or sensitivity over time.

Q. At what age can babies start using this routine?
A. A gentle cleansing and moisturising routine can usually be introduced from the early months of life, but always patch test first as every child’s skin is unique.
